@CherryBombFashion Who told you that drinking more water would improve your hair or skin? Yes, it’s true that water helps flush out toxins out of your body, but there are no proven benefits in how your skin or hair looks if you drank 1 more liter than say, the person beside you. Drinking copious amounts of water for the benefit of better skin or hair is a myth.

Why is everyone so afraid of eating rice. Just eat it in small amounts. The chinese have been eating rice for centuries and we live a long time and are generally slim.

Hi Judy, Love your diet however … oranges are not good at night, shrimp is high in cholesterol, processed meat has lots of salt and god knows what else. I recomend adding oat to your diet. Oat meal with fruit and plain yoghurt is the best breakfast! It improves you skin, hair, weight… Try it!
