  • The Best Exercise for a Huge Chest !
    I love this exercise, am on your plan for about a week now and have added this dextrose carb stuff to my stack and my chest is definitely looking fuller. And I have put on close to .5 inches onto my arms! Your plan really works bro, and would recommend it to anyone looking for some serious mass. Am finally up to 150lbs even. 3 lbs in a week. Great results, stay tight bro.

    @Under21convention07 Wow… that would actually be an awesome combination (Under21convention07)!!! Instead of a place where so many are sick and loosing more freedoms each day…. it could be a country where things like obesity, cancer and diabetes are rarely ever heard of and freedom reigns supreme yet again!!! It would be nice to actually walk downtown and hear at least one person say something nice about America.

    I think you have to marry Paleo Diet with behavior of hunter gathers. That means chasing game all day or taking the effort to setup snares and checking them all the time; rather than setting on our ass all day and lift weights for a hour. Otherwise we just have the diet of a lazy nomadic herder (that sat in they tent all day and only riding out to bring the cows homes), and they do have lots of health problems.

    @waveskissourfeet Google Mark’s Daily Apple and sign up for his newsletter. As part of that you get his free e-book that goes through 5 “primal” body weight based exercises you can do at home. The only thing extra you might need is a pull up bar.

    Actually I did. Not only that I’ve also been a long time HIT advocate for numbers of years. I’ve followed the works of those guys like Andrew Baye, De. Ellington Darden, Mike Mentzer, Arthur Jones, Ken Hutchins and yes even M Doug McGuff. Their theories are indeed very logical and deep but the fact remained I never really made such dramatic gains in muscle size until I increased the Volume of my workouts.

    Why does all these HIT proponents seems to have all the answers but have nothing to show when it comes to real results (Muscles)? Doug looks more like an endurance athlete more than a bodybuilder. Not hatin’ at all just stating the fact.

    I agree with you. I am on a muscle building program.. If I would only go to the gym once in 10 days or 14 days I would not get the result I have now. Rest is important, but when you are completely recovered.. hit the gym.. not sooner or later!

  29. I like it, but there are too many positive comments on here. The speaker doesn’t aknowledge the naysayer as much as I would like him to. I would like to hear some opposing opinions. It isn’t a good argument without opposition.
