@parkranger487 elimanted the pb and bread and crackers eat one of them instead of 2 breadlike food. drink water alot but dont overdoit. its heathly but you have to instead of popcorn eat small snicker or small bag of lays all naturals salt and vinegar it contains only like 3 ingreditent i actually lose weight when i eat chips when ieat healthy food i gain weigh hope i helped asked me anything if you want:)
Oh wow I’ve been running on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes a day and no changes in a month. So all I have to do is switch it up? Aw I only have an ab twister and a treadmill. I don’t think the gym allows 13 yr olds

I’ve pretty much been wanting to lose weight for a while. Every time I try though, I end up messing up. I’ve tried crash diets, throwing up, but nothing worked. I really feel like this is the way, though. I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to realize this, but you’ve seriously helped me and inspired me to get healthy, lose weight, and feel better. Im changing my eating habits .. i love eating cakes n chocolates so now im tryin to avoid all sweets by eating fruits n stuff.. im seein d difference in 3 4 days already so its gr8! Thanks a lot Annie u really motivate me!!! Im changin my eating habits.. I always tend to eat chocolates, cakes & sweets as its my weakness… but rite now im doing like u.. avoiding my best to eat them.. n eating fruits instead.. or when im very hungry sumtimes I remember ur words that mayb my body is confused n actually is thristy so i drink 2 glass of water n then im not hungry anymore!!! Im seeing the changes in just 3 days n its amazing! now im also start excircising , thanks a lot u rock!!
