@bubbleybubble123 well its suppose to burn “hurt”. if you dont feel the burn “hurt” then theres no point on doing the exercise. the point on doing exercise is that your suppose to feel everything, in this case feel the burn “hurt”.
are your abs supposed to hurt straight after this?
@zaidahmed1993 I’m no professional, but as far as I know it isn’t compulsory necessarily but it IS highly beneficial.

@josephsiragusa no but i get 6 hours if im lucky n i got a six pack going on lol, im sure it helps but not noticeable amount, n aronld says it himself during a speech( the 6 hour thing)

it is a false claim it is not true: sleep doesnt do nothing when you sleep your body doesnt burn as many colories as when u r awake. I sleep like 11 hours I eat clean I havent eat mcD or piza for over many years but still have belly.

@Cal94Misunderstood I’m gonna go ahead and say this, because I was a very similar situation recently. Basically, you’ve conditioned your body to have that sleep cycle. If you started going to bed at 11 – even if you have to force yourself to sleep – I can guarantee you that not only will you feel better for it you’ll get used to going to bed at 11 and it will become second nature.

I have the best idea to loose weight. Just stop drinking water. I mean you drink 2 kg of water every day and nobody ever talked about this cool and fast weight loss system. And the best part ist, you not only loose weight, but also loose your life. Guys just make sport and eat like a normal person, not too many sweets and you get automatically a normal weight.
