Are you overweight like 67% of the other Americans in this country? Well, the reason we are overweight is due to the amount, kind and time of the food we eat. For weight loss, diet & exercise just aren't enough.

Proper nutrition is the key to both losing and maintaining body weight and lessening body fat. The old saying goes "you are what you eat," and that is true. If you continuously pound junk food into your mouth, there is no other option than to get fat. If you go on binges, you will be sure to add on fat to your body.

But there is a better way. If you eat the proper foods, you actually can lose weight without actually dieting. Proper nutrition gives the body the correct caloric intake without wasting calories on the wrong foods. There are even foods that will boost your metabolism and energy so that you feel like exercising or at least getting off the sofa.

The other part of eating the proper foods is eating at the right time. It is not as easy as just jamming food into your mouth every time that you feel hungry. Also, the old saying of "three square meals per day" just does not work. For weight loss, diet & exercise aren't enough and the timing of your food intake is essential.

Many athletes eat 6 or 8 times per day. Of course, these people are also exercising often as their sport mandates it. But what if you could eat the right foods, 6 to 8 times per day and still lose weight? That would be a godsend for many people.
