My Routine as of this week: 20 min. on the treadmill -I run 1/2 mile at 6.5 speed, then incline max. and power walk at 4 speed for 3 minutes, then run another 1/2 mile at 7 speed, then incline max and power walk... until my 20 minutes are up. (burn around 250-300 calories) 20 min. on the ellipticals -start at level 10 and up it 1 level every 4-5 minutes. (burn about 250) 10 min. on stairmaster -start at level 7 and up it every 3-4 minutes. (burn about 120)
