@ReillyAJ Thanks! Oh & yes the post workout hair…lol…phew! lmao
@sniggihyeslek Awesome, thank you:) If this more cardio-geared P90X doesn’t work out for me I will definitely have to look into it:) 30 minute workouts are definitely more my speed, lol. Thanks!! xo
@bowulf I’ve never heard of those videos. I’ll have to remember that if the other P90X videos that I’m going to try tomorrow doesn’t end up working out. I guess I’m going to try one tomorrow that is more geared toward cardio. Nothing like a fun workout though! It is so important to have fun while doing it, which is exactly why walking is my favorite form of exercise. I could walk for hours:) I walk my daughter home from school everyday & walk at least a mile while she’s in school. Thanks!! xo
@Aliwisha1 Yea 90 minutes is just a bit ridiculous, really lol. Unless you are just a huge fitness person, it seems extreme, but I’m gonna give it a try. If it doesn’t work out, I guess at least I tried, lol. It really is hard. I used to have a Wii, but we sold it & got an XBOX 360 instead. Love it! But I do miss the Wii Fit.
@babybuchug Yea it was!! I’m going to do the other video tomorrow (the one that is more geared toward cardio, less geared towards push-ups & pull-ups lol) & I will do another review. P90X is no joke!
@purplespirit79 Thanks! Yea I had no idea about the lean one until after I finished this video lol My hubby will do the classic one & I will do the lean one. I want to do it simultaneously though for motivation, so I will use my Mac & he’ll use the TV I guess. Hopefully the kids will play & let us workout:) Oh & yes, Boyce Avenue ROCKS!! LOL Thanks Tammy!
good work p90x is far from easy! its just like go go go very intense
yay for new workout tomorrow!
gotta love post workout hair, mine goes crazy!! sweaty and frizzy.
Hey Kelly!! If you arent liking P90X u should check out turbofire on the beachbody website! i just started doing it&i have a few family members that do it&have had a lot of success. There are a bunch of diff workouts w/ it &the great thing about it is they have workouts that are called “hits”..These are only about 15-30 mins long depending on which one u do but they are more intense so u still get a great workout! they are perfect for people that are really busy&there are longer videos w/ it too!
My daughter and wife are really into the TurboFire CD’s that they progressed to after doing a few rounds of P90x. It’s way more woman-geared in its dance moves and constant cardio with some Yoga mixed in. We got it for $55 off Ebay. You might like the PlyoX and the core synergistic workouts. They were more fun workouts.
I workout on the active 2 for the wii and a lot of those exercises are on that workout “game.” The higher levels run about 45 mins to 1 hour. I don’t think I could do it for 90 mins though. That looks really hard!
wow!!!! 🙂 that is super hard!!!!
I give you props for trying the classic.. That one is made for men cause of all the upper body strength the other mostly cardio I think.. I can do some pushups but no pull ups for me lol……Love the soundtrack you put on there but I’m sure you know that. Oh well 90 minutes of working out whatever your doing is awesome way to go Kelly!!!
