@himaureen You shouldn’t do a diet anyways. It lowers your Metabolism. So you’ll just get fatter faster after every diet. Eat healthy and work out everyday and you’ll be just fine.
So what have we really learned here? TV cures don’t work. Eat healthy and exercise.
OR you can do dry-skin brushing and use coconut oil. It’s awesome… way more awesome than excercising.
