  3. I don’t have a TRX… and that might be a lucky thing. As clumsy as I am I’d probably lose my balance and fall flat on my face, with my leg up in the air, tangled in the strap! lol However, I’ll try it using my stability ball. I LOVE your videos. I’ve been doing a lot of the routines and it’s really starting to show ๐Ÿ™‚
