@TheMorningCoffee That video was dumb. I watched it a while back and laughed at it. I remember seeing the entire original video this clip was taken from some time last year. At the time, Dan was on his bike tour getting a lot more than normal criticism from people about being fake and phony and other things. You can go back and watch them plus the original video yourself and see. Anyway, it was completely sarcastic and he was making fun of the critics on Youtube.
I love what you said “I don’t have time to be critical of anyone else, because I have a lifetime of work to do on myself”. Amen. I will try to remember that before I go to criticise anyone from now on. Thank you Dan 🙂

I’ve always liked you Dan, but I’ve always been on the fence; I always thought you spoke a lot of crap, along with a few gems of truth. This video really got to me; it has probably been more influential than any other video I’ve viewed on YouTube. Really inspirational. Immediately had an effect on my life, what power!

@OceanOfHeart The only time my “voice” has been posted to a public medium like this, I believe, is when I was having a “mock” debate with my daughter, who’s mind so brilliantly pulls all this trivial information out of thin air, giving it some quirky, but clever “irrelevant” little spin, and I met her challenge in rival-rous fun in a moment of spontaneity. Her little boyfriend, who was listening in on chat, thus, thought it entertaining and posted it to YouTube. Thus, not my typical voice.

Hi Dan – many times I thought before WOW -THIS WAS THE BEST VIDEO HE EVER DID. But THIS really is the one I love so totally!!! I am seeing tons of people at work with the burden of being right, the burden of being special and better…….and is a real burden to live with them. BUT I also realize that my family is a place where all this does not exist – so insted of complaining about the others – I will now appreciate the loving special people in my life and YES I have to concentrate on myself

There sure are a LOT of Youtubers floating around in these comments that don’t have ANY video uploads or ANY profile info listed. I thought the whole point of making a Youtube account was so that you can upload videos, but I guess that’s a crazy notion. Obviously it’s all about the comments & throwing up/down thumbs.
