Beginners should not do this routine…i can see some amateur/beginner trying this & hurting themselves. :-X
@nikolepaigesmith Box Squats and Deadlifts are the best way to *strengthen* the low back and the rest of the posterior chain. If you’re in “constant pain” it’s more than likely an allignment issue in the pelvis or possibly tight hip flexors causing anterior pelvic tilt. If it’s an allignment issue, you’ll need to speak to a specialist. If it’s tight hip flexors, google or youtube search “thomas test” and perform it.

@chavamma If you use firefox they have an add-on in the tools menu that gets rid of all of the ads. I know how annoying they are so I thought I just let you know.
