  1. One point I think they should’ve stressed is to make sure you start out by using weights that won’t strain your muscles! While you want to challenge your body, if you aren’t used to exercise, you won’t last through five of each repetition (and you’ll get discouraged). So start out with 3-5lb weights. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’ll help to condition your body for heavier weights. After all, notice how lean and muscular this girl already is. That’s why she’s using 15lb ones.

  10. how the hell is someone who doesnt exercise supposed to be able to do that crunch the first week? its not easy keeping ur legs like that without someone holding them down
