Atkins Diet Snack — Chocolatey Pudding-like, Nutella-like snack. Whipped this together after going off induction. I was great warm and cold. Great for dipping fruit, such as strawberries or raspberries or just on its own. I’ll make a video with the ingredients and measurements the next time I make it, but I just winged this and it came out great….of course I didn’t write it down! UPDATE on 07/20/11: This recipe is CLOSE, but not exact. I tried making it again last night and it came out more like a soft fudge after cooling, so I need to try to adjust the measurements the next time I make it. Fidget For Fitness Pudding / Fudgy Like – Chocolate 2 c. Heavy Cream 2 T. Coconut Oil 4 T. Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa 4 T. Granulated Splenda 1 T. Vanilla Extract (use REAL vanilla, not imitation) 1 T. Coconut Flour to thicken Optional: 1 tsp. cornstarch to thicken (check carbs) Whisk all ingredients over medium heat until it just starts to bubble. Just before it boils and starts to thicken, remove ΒΌ c of the pudding, put it in a small crock or bowl and add coconut flour (and optional cornstarch if you wish), whisk with a small whisk or fork until ALL lumps are removed and the pudding is smooth, return to the pot and continue to cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until it bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat and transfer to a Tupperware or pudding bowls. Cool UNCOVERED in refrigerator until completely cool, then cover. Eat plain or serve with strawberries, raspberries

    I made it again so I could try to figure out HOW I made it the first time. I posted the recipe, it’s CLOSE, but not exact. This time it came out more like a soft fudge than a pudding but still good. I’m working on figuring out how I made it, but ran out of coca while testing…..so I’ll make it again in a week or so.

    here’s a tip eating fat doesn’t get you fat. Count your calories. Eat crabs only when need ( In the morning and count them) and eat at least 1 protein per ideal body weight. Abb’s are made in the kitchen. The Inuit indians live of NOTHING but wale blubber and seal fat for 6 months out of the year.     Wheat bread + Chicken Breast + BBQ = Heatlhy aas fuck and Delicious as fuck.

    Brown Rice + BBQ sauce+ Chicken Breast= Heatlhy and delicious

    Egg whites
    Fruits
    veges
    etc.

    Dont starve yourself and dont eat too much, diet is easy

    vinny i need you to do some research about “calorie shift” this sort of regimen will allow you to loose weight consistently without hitting plateaus. You can loose 7-8 pounds a week for a couple of months, if you do a nice plan. If you only cut your calories, your metabolism will adapt and get in survival mode (will store ANY energy that goes in) and you need to avoid that!

    Dont make yourself sick.. I mean sure its GREAT you turned down the pizza, but surviving on Whey and 10 peanuts a day for a month, NO that is not healthy. If you lose it the right way it will stay off, but if you dont you will gain it all back! :S

    Yo Vinny its good to see you motivated but you don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight man, its not good for your body. Just change up your regular diet to a healthy low carb low calorie diet, YOUR BODY NEEDS FOOD! losing weight means nothing if you don’t have your health.
